Tyler the manager was so helpful truly appreciated his patience in helping me with my online order. The subs are amazing. So glad they are here locally. I am originally from Rochester NY my family loves having piece of home here in cranberry :)

I do a lot of catering for work and DiBella’s is my go to. I have yet to place an order from them where it wasn’t perfect, prepared at the time I needed, and they made the transaction flawless. Tyler and Bob and all of the management strive to please and every time it makes me return for more. The quality of food is delicious and the cookies...need no further praise! Fresh bread, good meat and toppings, lots of options, kind folks, helpful workers, this is a no brainer establishment to support. AND...during COVID they have gone above and beyond to support their customers. Thank you Cranberry DiBella’s!

I ordered a Godfather. It was a decent sandwich, the meat was very tasty, but why on earth would you bake the lettuce? Baked lettuce is just plain nasty. That vile baked lettuce spoiled the sandwich.

The employees were clearly in a hurry to get me out of there. They forgot what I had ordered and I had to tell them twice.

Badly miss made one of our subs, even though they write each sub on a separate piece of paper. The multi grain bread tasted like cardboard. You are probably saying "no sugar, duh." Except the multi grain had the same calories as the plain Italian, which is always loaded with sugar. The protein was pretty decent, and the kids meal was a decent value. Just disappointing for an $8, 8-in sub. Definitely NOT the best sub I have ever had. The definition of middle of the road sandwiches. I wouldn't eat here again unless I was with a group that insisted we go.

I have been eating here for quite some time and it has always been an A1 experience. I had an experience today with a manager who went above and beyond to make up for an app glitch. The hoagies are the best I’ve ever had as well, always chocked full and perfectly cooked

First time there. Created my own roast beef sub on plain bun which was pretty good. They did screw up her sub which was corn beef and roast beef bit they made it right and apologized. Said she like hers also. Only 4 stars for the screw up on her order but would go back again.

Really good, fresh subs. My only complaint is that the toppings are at the bottom and the meat is at the top so it's not really a good bite (in my opinion). I want to get everything in one bite. Order taker wasn't friendly either. Only time I've been there, don't act like I should know what the cheese and bread options are. Everyone else tells you what your options are.

Absolutely fantastic. Take note Jimmy John's!!! They put more meat on one sandwich than you do on 10 of yours

Great place to eat. I really have enjoyed every sub I have tried but my absolute favorite is the Godfather and you must have it grilled and topped with sweet peppers. Side salads are good. Very clean and efficient.

Staff was friendly and food was prepared quickly. The place was pretty clean. My food was prepared sloppy. Some ingredients were put on one side of the sandwich while others were on the other side or just in the middle. The amount of ingredients were not the same amounts as previous visits. I ordered a large sub but got ingredients for a small or medium. For the price, I would have been better off going to a steak house because for over $15, I could get a real and complete meal. The $15 was for just a sub, no drink, no chips.

I wat here at least once a week. Their subs are amazing and great value.

The wait took 40 minutes for a meatball and turkey sub. They lost the ticket and I didn’t even get an apology. This place Sucks.

I had a unique situation recently where my sandwich had ZERO meat on it. This has never happened before. Sure some people get orders wrong but never forget to put meat on them. The manager was cool and remained calm even while I got a little hot headed. In they end all was resolved (and delicious).. And as a bonus the free cookies Tyler (the manager) provided went over well with my kids. Thanks for continuing to do an outstanding job despite current Covid conditions.

The Godfather is a fantastic sub! One of the best Italian sandwiches I have ever had. I arrived during the middle of the lunch hour and they were very busy, but service was polite and quick. I will definitely return.

Love DiBella's subs. Their onsite baked bread is what makes all the difference. So much better than the other sub shops. The options of toppings are better quality and I like that they have a sub club program that rewards you. It sticks that it all depends on who rings u up if you're u have to tell them you are a member or if they ask if your a member. They don't have an app or a card.

Absolutely some of the best subs in the area! I love the theme as well. The neon signs and old school pictures give it some character. If you're looking for a recommendation, the godfather sub is one of the best.

Dibellas has easily the best subs in Cranberry. It comes quickly, tastes delicious, and is reasonably priced. My only complaint is that I can't order online, but that's no fault of this store

We visited the Cranberry location and we will visit again. Employees were friendly and helpful from ordering to checkout. The shop was clean and orderly and the subs were delicious! Download their app and immediately get a reward, too!

The moment you step through the door is like stepping back in time. Hot baked bread, fresh ingredients, and reasonable prices. My favorite sub is between the "Godfather" or the "Dagwood". The smell of the fresh bread with the sounds of Sinatra on the radio make for a relaxing lunch break...

When they say it's the best sub you'll ever eat...well for godsakes believe them. The variety alone sets then apart. But from the meats to the condiments and of course the amazing bread that somehow never gets soggy. They even have amazing cookies. A carnivores delight. A must stop.

Unbelievable subs. The bread is amazing, and it's not the best part. The staff is friendly, selection is enormous, and finished dinner is great! Wish I had found this place ages ago. Definitely will be returning. Try it out, you'll absolutely love it.

We love DiBella's! However, this location however is the slowest We have ordered from them many times and it's always been a little slow. Last night was unacceptable. I stopped in last night at 8 pm. No one was there but me and my son. We ordered 2 ham and turkey sandwiches. It took 25 minutes!! I could understand if they were busy, but we were the only ones in the place. I asked what was taking so long and the only response I was given was "it's coming." We won't be using this location any longer.
